We are hiring Handyman for a reputable Organization in Islamabad.

Qualification:

Must have some basic schooling education or technical Diploma in skills like Mason, electric work/plumbing.

Experience:

Preferably three years of relevant experience. Demonstrate ability to handle basic general maintenance, mason, electrical, plumbing, masonry and paint work jobs.

Experience with diplomatic missions, international organizations or corporate sector shall be preferred.

Task:

The scope for work includes handling minor renovation, repairs, and upgrading of existing facilities, maintaining inventory of janitorial supplies, complaints/repair work logbooks, regular maintenance schedules, checklist, monthly report etc. This includes maintaining logbook and reporting to supervis
Daily routine checkup of all the electrical System & appliances and replace defective bulbs, tube lights, LED lights, fans, switches, sockets, plug points, re-wiring, and any other job.
Daily routine checkup for all the general maintenance & repair work. The work includes maintenance of Vinyl flooring, carpeting, blinds, maintenance of carpets, and fumigation, rodent control, termite treatment and schedule servicing. Installation/repair of flush, shower, taps, repair of leakages from pipelines. Basic repair of desk, chair, cupboards, door Frame and Door Lock.
Basic masonry repair work, paint work in the offices and premises and wooden polish as and when needed.
