PKR. 40,000 - 45,000/Month
- Ensures that assigned areas of the hospital are clean and tidy and there is no complaint or non-compliance.
- Ensure that policies/procedures are followed as per infection control/ISO/QA standards.
- Arrange shifts, assign staff their duties as per the duty roster, and maintain reports for attendance
- Check assigned areas including rooms and wards for cleanliness, and submit a compliance report to the housekeeping officer.
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping services and equipment, and takes corrective action.
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience including supervisory experience of at least one year.
- Know cleaning methods, chemicals, and housekeeping material and equipment.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
