Transport Operations / Maintenance Manager

We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in transport operations and maintenance management, specifically with experience in tank truck operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and compliant fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily transport operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and optimal route planning
Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, and upkeep of tank trucks and equipment
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Ogra, NHA safety standards)
Supervise and train transport staff
Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize operations

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in transport operations and maintenance management
Proven experience with tank truck operations
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in transportation management, safety courses, workshops for maintenance, OEM certifications, etc.
Experience with fleet management and utilization
Familiarity with mechanical operations and repair
