Responsible for managing and expanding the dealer network within the assigned zone. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving dealer performance, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve zonal sales targets through effective dealer management.
Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers to expand the network.
Strengthen relationships with existing dealers to boost sales and loyalty.
Monitor dealer performance, credit limits, and order management.
Implement promotional schemes and ensure ground-level execution.
Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer needs and competition.
Train and guide Area Sales Managers and field teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/MBA with 2+ years of sales experience in dealer/distributor-led models.
Proven experience in dealer acquisition, retention, and performance tracking.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make actionable decisions.
