  • Generate and follow up on new business leads Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, referrals, and site visits to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships Regularly engage with existing customers to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and promote repeat business.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations Effectively present product features, benefits, and solutions to prospective clients to encourage purchases.

  • Negotiate deals and close sales Handle pricing discussions, resolve objections, and finalize agreements in line with company policies to maximize revenue.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities Stay updated on industry developments, customer behavior, and competitors’ strategies to identify threats and opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment Liaise with production, dispatch, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing of orders.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports Track daily visits, sales numbers, customer feedback, and other KPIs, and report findings to the Sales Manager for review.
