Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end import operations, including documentation, clearance, and logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Prepare and verify import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Ensure compliance with import laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Track shipments, update stakeholders on delivery schedules, and resolve any import-related issues.
- Negotiate freight rates and shipping terms with carriers and logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions and inventory levels.
- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for import operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, finance, and production to streamline supply chain operations
