PKR. 40,000 - 50,000/Month
We are looking for a Field Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations . This role involves managing drivers, vehicles and their log sheets, dispatching tankers, supervising hydrant operations, and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations and deliveries
- Supervise and coordinate with Drivers
- Monitor and maintain vehicle health & maintenance schedules
- Hydrant station management
- Maintain records of daily payments, Fuel usage, and delivery reports
- Submit daily operations report to management
- Resolve field-level issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure company policies and safety protocols are followed
Requirements:
- Field operations or logistics experience preferred
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Should be able to use Microsoft Excel
- Must have own bike for field mobility
- Good record-keeping and reporting ability
- Ability to work flexible hours
Salary:
- 40,000/- to 50,000/- PKR per month + Fuel
- Health insurance upon completion of 06 months.
