Minimum 2 to 3 Years Experience in the Building Control Department.

Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of construction sites and buildings to ensure compliance with building permits and codes.

Enforcement: Issuing notices and orders to address violations of building regulations and ensuring corrective actions are taken.

Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of inspections, violations, and enforcement actions.

Reporting: Preparing reports and documentation related to inspections and regulatory compliance.

Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, contractors, and property owners to resolve building control issues.

Public Interaction: Providing guidance and information to the public on building regulations and permit requirements.

Investigation: Investigating complaints or reports of unsafe or illegal construction practices.

This role requires a thorough understanding of building codes, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
