We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team at a leading parcel management company. The ideal candidate will possess Microsoft Excel skills and have a strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate and manage data.

Responsibilities:

  • To effectively create invoices for our customers on a weekly basis.
  • To categorize and manage clients' billing data on Google Drive.
  • To keep a record of clients' payouts.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Should know how to use Microsoft Excel. 
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Excel ( plus point )
  • Should be able to work from home. 
  • Should have a good internet connection and a laptop with a workstation. 
  • Minimum Intermediate/A-Level education (Bachelor’s preferred).
