We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team at Pearl International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing ad campaigns, and driving brand awareness across all social media platforms. This is a full-time role focused on growing our online presence and generating leads through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, images, videos) to connect with the target audience.
- Set up and manage paid social media ads to increase engagement and drive sales.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to continuously improve campaigns.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Creativity and the ability to design engaging content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
