Peek Freen, located in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a highly motivated Factory Worker to join our dynamic team. This role requires individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of quality control while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products meet the quality standards set by the company. Additionally, you will manage a team of 10 individuals, guiding them through their daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations on the factory floor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a factory setting who is eager to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities

Perform regular quality control checks of products to ensure they meet specified standards.
Coordinate daily production activities and allocate tasks to team members efficiently.
Monitor the manufacturing process and report any defects or irregularities to the supervisor.
Train new team members on best practices regarding safety procedures and operational tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Document production data and quality control metrics for reporting purposes.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance personnel when necessary.
Implement improvements in the production process to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and gather feedback from team members.
