Dob Description/Key Responsibilities

Penny Appeal Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to support the positive engagement of interventions. In this position, you will provide support to the Programme Manager in the following.

Planning, implementation, follow-ups and reporting of the PA programmes interventions all over the country.
Receive partner’s project files on behalf of the programme manager.
Prepare and arrange the partner’s project files for review and closure.
Collect and compile the PA projects data and statistics.
Facilitate and record Programme meetings
Perform any other task assigned by the line Manager
Help to arrange programme events

Person Specifications

University graduate Minimum Experience 1-2 years.
Committed to PAPK policies and SoPs
Committed to core humanitarian standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and able to prioritize tasks
A good team player
Flexible and adaptable
Committed to learning and fulfilling the internship scheme

Essentials & Desirable
