We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers globally, promoting our products/services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to international prospects to generate leads and close sales.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in international sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in different time zones if required.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High-speed internet and a quiet workspace for remote roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Background in B2B/B2C sales.

9 am to 6 pm UK time Zone. Pakistan time will be 1 pm to 10 pm
