Oversee maintenance activities for electrical systems within the knit-processing and dyeing department, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.  Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize team performance and productivity.  Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and prolong lifespan.  Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve electrical issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to production processes.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting safety audits and promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory management.  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and other departments, to address electrical maintenance needs and support overall operational objectives. 

     Maintenance of electrical and instrumentation side of RO, Ultra Filtration and Waste water treatment plants. • Working as a maintenance engineer in VEY water bottling department, troubleshooting of filling & molding machines. • Ability to read and understand technical information such as Electrical Instrumentation, control drawings and SLD’s. • Co-ordination with other departments for project execution within the given period of time. • Selection of instruments, actuated valves, sensors, pressure indicators, level switches, flow meters, etc. • Execution and commissioning experience of electro-pneumatic controlled valves, pressure and temperature switches, AC Drives, 3 phase motors, PLC terminations and MCC panel terminations. • Megger insulation testing and termination of HV and LV power cables. • To lead and supervise Electrical team. • Diagnose & troubleshooting of electrical & electronics equipment’s. • To conduct cold testing and hot testing of equipment’s and verify the PLC program and the SCADA graphics. • Design the conduit routes for power & Instruments wiring. • Designing of RO plants, Multimedia filtration and the Ultra filtration systems. • Generating Process flow diagrams (PFDs) and the Piping & Instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s) on AutoCAD 2D. • To prepare “Cause and effect matrix” of the designed systems and conduct HAZOP study for the designed systems. • To deal with different vendors for the manufacturing of electrical and control panels of the designed systems. • Commissioned TECH-LONG bottle filling machines 20 liter, 1.5 liter, NRB 600 ml, and 6.0 liter. • Commissioned bottle Unscrambler, Shrink wrapping machine and heat tunnels of these machines. • Installed 3.2 KW solar system with AC Inverter and 20 KW Solar system for 2 submersible pumps with Solar DC drives.
