Currently I am working under the brand name of Resource Linked as an HR Supervisor deployed at their client location i-e Levi's Head Office. I am dealing all HR Operations for Levi's retail staff of all regions Central,North & South. My experience in HR have allowed me to grow and developed both professionally and personally.

1. Handle Levis (Outsourcing Project), Responsible for END to END HR service to all employees
2. Maintain employee files and update data base for all regions.
3. Handling recruitment processes (Candidate search, shortlisting and scheduling, interviewing and onboarding) by Posting adds on different mediums for the vacant positions for central, south & north region
4. Conduct Hiring Process (send data to RL for Contract Letter issuing, filing Joining Pack, Back Hand Check and bank account opening data providing)
5. Initiates and participates in the selection process to select the most suitable internal/external candidates.
6. Process Payroll of All regions.
7. Coordination with RL Payroll Team for invoicing on monthly basis for Levis and disburse staff salaries/incentives/FnF.
8. Issuing salary and FNF Pay slips and distribute/dispatch.
9. Follow up with Levis finance for pending payments.
10. Keep track record of Leavers/Joiners and terminations.
11. update employee data on regular intervals as per CNIC and other relevant details required on time trax.
12. Worked on Incentives for sales staff / overtime sheets for Janitorial Staff
13. Final Settlements and clearance- Coordination with Levis Officials for Salaries, Incentives and FNF on monthly basis for the invoice
14. Conduct Exit Interviews
15. Responsible for bank Account opening.
16. Taking care of employee health insurance. EOBI and Social Security registrations.
