● Ensure that all MRS activities are done according to the dealership policy and the work sequence sheet for all MRS staff.
● Instruct and advice MRS staff when needed.
● Monitor the performance of MR activities and given feedback.
● Update the WSS when needed.
● Do the necessary action to cultivate MR activities after consultation with head of department and IMC kaizen team.
● Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
● Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
● Handling sales orders and making booking order forms.
● Managing vehicle stock and making stock report.
