Assistant Director (Social) will report to Project Director and will have overall responsibility of Livelihood Restoration Plan Implementation and monitoring.
● Develop and implement social impact assessments;
● Implement social development programs (e.g., education, healthcare, infrastructure) in project-affected areas.
● Community engagement strategies for social mobilization, public outreach and stakeholders participation;
● Oversee resettlement and rehabilitation plans for project-affected communities;
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and community leaders;
● Monitoring and Evaluation of Social Impacts of the Project;
Compliance Monitors (CMs) posted at tehsil/district level will be responsible for compliance data collection by visiting the assigned schools.
Other responsibilities are as under:
● Documentation of program activities i.e. Field visit reports, pictures, maintain data in hard and soft;
● Act as Master Trainer for NSER Staff at District/Tehsil level;
● Collection of attendance compliance data of Waseel-e-Taleem enrolled children on quarterly basis;
● Facilitation in the social mobilization and enrolment activities;
●Registration and Enrolment of beneficiary children;
● Facilitation in Awareness campaign during the enrolment activities;
● Orientation and Coordination with school staff of respective area for the facilitation;
● Participate in the training/ orientation sessions organized by BISP and school education department;
● Supply capacity assessment of assigned added schools by field offices;
● Handling of assigned complaints;
● Any other task assigned by BISP HQs.

*Assist in Collection of new enrolment data form targeted school as per Donner guideline, Student attendance tracking on quarterly basis.
*To Assist in Conduction of FGDs and preparation of database & reports.
*To ensure teachers, PTC Members, Religious leaders and journalists etc. participation in trainings and exposure visits.
*Any other task assigned by the PM /Management, supervisor.
❖ To make contribution to an improved humanitarian preparedness in targeted vulnerable communities in KP Province to reduce the negative impact caused by frequently occurring disasters and health risks. ❖ Conduct a School Safety Survey in the targeted area so that 90% of all students (girls & boys) can identify main risks for their communities; they can describe potential consequences for their communities and are able to show personal behavior that is meant to minimize the result of local disasters. ❖ Conduct the integrated vulnerable capacity assessment (IVCA) in the targeted area to know the capacity and vulnerability of the targeted area. ❖ To form the community organizations (COs), village organizations (Vos) and local support organizations (LSO) in the targeted area.
