divpI have 15 years of extensive and progressively reflective experience in social development sector. I have done Masters in Sociology and MSPH in (Public Health). I have undertaken several projects in Health, Education, Advocacy and Community Mobilization both at regional and national level. In my professional years of experience, I have also carried out capacity building activities as Master Trainer for Provincial Health Department Balochistan. Being specific, I have experience of working on Mother and Child Health, Maternal and Newborn healthcare, Infection prevention, Nutrition and RH GBV services. I have excellent skills and competencies in the area of Advocacy for Policy change, Networking and Stakeholder Engagement, Program Management. I have had chance of leading field teams in supervisory and managerial capacity but at the same time I am very good at team work being part of huge projects such as FALAH, ED-LINKS, ESRA, Global Fund RAF programs. I always work proactively and very well versed with various aspects of social development projects' policies, planning and their overall management./p/div
