M&E Officer
As per field plan, the MEAL officer will visit schools and monitor the school activities (on the basis of monitoring tool). He will debrief the SC on all the observations made (except financial and moral ones) and take response in written form. The MEAL Officer will email their reports on prescribed format to the MEAL Coordinator on daily basis.
Social Mobilizer by
§ Community Mobilization. Monitoring Field Activities of NFI, Food, Shelter and WASH activities.
§ Ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources within the Organization; Identification and problem needs analysis and designing, planning and evaluation of projects/activities;
§ Follow-up of construction of latrines, shelter, livestock shed and handpumps installation activities;
§ Travel with program staff and support in the delivery of quality work and development Program, by building their capacities on the ground; Develop coordination with other stakeholders working in that area;
§ Prepare weekly, quarterly, and monthly reports of the program area; Monitor and Evaluation of activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
§ Ensure appropriate and timely implementation of all NFI/Shelter distribution activities in line with the expected results and target indicators,
§ Assist in the design and implementation of proper Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems in the field
Social Mobilizer
Participates in need assessments, Beneficiary Registration, Participatory Rural Appraisals, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses and community consultations;
Supports the development of agreements and MoUs with community based organizations or other civil society groups.
Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources
Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.
Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees)
Ensure, through daily dialogues and consultations that the strategy of the project and the commitments of the various stakeholders are adhered to.
Maximize beneficiary contribution.
Liaising with programme staff of other organization teams to ensure that information is shared and that lessons learned are developed.
