To provide end-to-end HR and Payroll Services to HRSG Outsourcing Clients.
Responsible for timely preparation and accurate maintenance of HRSG Outsourcings employees
record on HRIS deputed at clients.
Responsible to ensure complete confidentiality of personnel data.
Ensure all employment related letters are timely prepared and delivered to the employees as per
the requirements.
Closely work with Benefits administration team to provide employment benefits to the employees based at clients side.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times thereby ensuring retention & development
of existing client.
Compile summaries of earnings, deductions, and leaves on system.
Develop and maintain cordial working relationships with the employees deputed to perform duties at the client site. Establish open employee communication channels thereby ensuring that employees are properly serviced to foster loyalty.
Resolve payroll discrepancies.
To incorporate all the changes in the monthly salaries as per the input received from client(s) in respect of all the new inductions, separations, transfers, over time, increments, leave without pay, allowances, expenses and any other changes.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently through system by
working closely with accounts department.
• Collect, calculate, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll
information.
