marketing teams and develop effective strategies for
individual countries and maintain knowledge on all
customer markets and prepare innovative plans for all
businesses.

Responsible for the management of client
relationships and ensuring that my staff manages
any complaint appropriately.
+ To keep track of invoices and prepare reports to
expedite the billing process.
+ To ensure that shipments are in compliance with
the laws and regulations governing the export
industry.
+ Maintaining good customer relationships and
monitoring customer feedback which is essential to
maintain high levels of customer service.
+ To assess market potential of new and existing
sales opportunities and able to present new
opportunities in a clear and analytical manner to
senior management within the organization.
+ Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of exports.
+ Expedites export arrangements and maintains
current information on import-export tariffs, licenses,
and restrictions.
+ Monitor implementation of all department
operations and ensure compliance to all regulations
for department and subsidiaries and adhere to all
standards for export goods and establish all targets
and streamline processes.

To collect export orders from the buyers.
+ To develop the ordered item according to the
instructions from the buyer and approve from the
buyer.
+ Negotiating about the product price with the buyer
and confirm the pricing at best.
+ Confirm the order details from the buyer such as
quantity, size etc.
+ Source Materials and maintains strong relationship
with the suppliers, so that any item can manage in
timely.
+ In-time material collection to respect the shipment
date.
+ Arrange final inspection for the order, which
provides clearance for that order, whether it is perfect
for shipping or not.
+ Ship all the goods with the help of commercial
department, where commercial department submits
all the shipping documents to the port.
+ Get the feedback from the customers and book new
orders.
