My qualification is Masters in Business Administration (HRM) 2015-17 with 3.6 CGPA from Institute of management sciences Peshawar, and graduations ( BBA Hons) in Finance 2010-14 with CGPA 3.8 from Iqra National University Peshawar and PGD in Islamic Banking and Takaful at Shaikh Zayed Islamic center University of Peshawar.
Worked as a HR officer at CARVAAN NGO Swat. I worked as a Data Management Officer in IDEA, and as MIS officer at SHED Organization.

• Opening of Individuals, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership and Corporations accounts along with marketing of banks products.
• Opening of Call Deposit Account / T-Call Account.
• To respond Alerts generated through Transaction Monitoring System (MANTAS) and take appropriate decision after thorough investigation and analysis.
• To conduct detailed review of High Risk accounts including Self-Employed, Sole Proprietor, Housewife, Non-Residence, PEP’s etc.
• Responding to queries raised by Compliance Division with respect to Suspicious Transactions Reported.
• Periodically and Trigger Based Review / Updating of KYC & CDD.
• Prepared Foreign Accounts Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) of USA.
• Prepared Customer Risk Profiling (CRP)
• Provide daily branch deposit position to Area Office.
• Issuance of Account maintenance Certificate / Balance Certificate / Import Business Certificate / W.H. Tax Certificate etc.
• Customer Correspondence and Customer Relationship Management.
• Customers Zakat Deductions & Exemption Issues include Customer Correspondence.
• Issuance of Term Deposit Receipts along with the proper compliance of bank policies.
Issuance of tax based, profit based and deposit based bank certificates and handling all matters pertaining to the Branch Deposit Scheme.
