To enhance customer experience by providing quality service to customers diligently and efficiently within the bank’s defined turnaround time (TATs).
To perform all transactions as per defined SOPs / policies of the Bank to mitigate operational risks
To specifically ensure that Regulatory Requirements pertaining to AML/CFT and Currency Management Strategy are met while performing assigned transactions & activities
To manage assigned Cash as per defined SOPs to achieve zero level of operational risk or loss
To make efforts for activation of dormant accounts, generate deposits as well as Cross Sell bank’s products to customers
Improve and increase personal capacity through enhanced knowledge about Polices & SOPs, Bank Products and Service Protocol.
