I am a committed public health and development professional with over a decade of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), immunization, disease surveillance, and large-scale health and energy access initiatives. I have served in diverse roles across remote and high-risk areas of Sindh, Pakistan, leading projects in health, renewable energy, disaster risk reduction, and human rights advocacy.
Currently, I serve as District Coordinator for the Sindh Solar Energy Project (SSEP), where I oversee solar energy implementation for underserved communities, ensuring sustainability, community engagement, and coordination with government stakeholders. Previously, as District Project Officer for the Building Healthy Families (BHF) initiative with NRSP, I led teams to implement family planning, maternal and child health, and gender-based violence (GBV) interventions, closely collaborating with local health authorities.
I have hands-on experience planning and supervising Supplementary Immunization Activities (SIAs), enhancing routine immunization systems (RI), conducting AFP surveillance, managing cold chain and vaccine logistics, and utilizing data for monitoring and corrective action. My work also includes microplanning, independent monitoring, capacity building of frontline health workers, and ensuring high coverage in marginalized populations—fully aligning with NEAP and WHO polio eradication strategies.
With a strong track record in program leadership, community mobilization, and stakeholder coordination, I am passionate about contributing to national and global goals on disease eradication, equitable healthcare, and sustainable development. My diverse background enables me to adapt quickly, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver impact in complex and resource-constrained settings.
