Problem Resolution:
Handle complex customer queries or complaints and provide effective solutions promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Reporting and Documentation:
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and areas of improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, logistics, and IT to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand customer promotions and offers.
