Field Officer
Engage with local farmers, community leaders, and stakeholders to promote food security initiatives and best agricultural practices.
Organize and facilitate farmer training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations on crop management, soil fertility, irrigation, pest control, and sustainable agriculture practices.

Carry out supportive supervision field visits at cell levels, collect and analyze the data and write up the final report.
Implement, educate and mobilize farmers about national agricultural policy regarding a post-harvest handling strategy aiming to reduce post-harvest losses.
Closely work with agricultural actors as well as input suppliers known as agro-dealers for the distribution of higher quality fertilizers, improved seeds and other inputs on time.
Provide support in the farmers’ organization, especially to females and delivery of technical workshops, seminars and training sessions regarding kitchen gardening.
Training females regarding agricultural practices, kitchen gardening and Its importance.
Bringing awareness to people regarding innovations in agriculture.
Ensure dissemination and feed-back of agro and agricultural information among the different stakeholders working in the agricultural sector.
