Professional Experience
Dealt with and processing the cases of Foreign Training under technical Assistance program (Netherland, Japan, Australia and other different counters /agencies.
Coordinated and processed Foreign training cases to Foreign Training Committee.

Payment/repayment of loans (ADB, Japan, China, USA, IDBUSA, Kuwait)

Processed the local NGOs project proposals for financing by Foreign Donors. Prepared briefs of the Local NGOs proposals/projects submitted for the meeting/approval of Standing Committee , Steering Committee of NGOs

Coordinated the activities of International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs), including approval of their Memorandum of Understating with EAD (check their documents along with the requirement of EAD)

More than ten years experience dealing with and reviewing the application of every INGO documents submitted for registration/signing /extension /interim permission of MOU with Government of Pakistan (EAD) and processed the cases of visa (entry visa/visa/extension) of the expatriates staff, processed legal travelling of NGOs foreigner representatives/visitors intending to visit other cities/project locations from Islamabad. Processed the cases of custom/sales tax exemption for issuing the exemptions certificate to Federal Board of Revenue, for items imported or locally purchased by INGOs. Coordinated between INGOs and other Govt. agencies for smooth functioning

Helped develop projects proposals and ensure effective recruitment of UNDP supported project employees. Coordinated /processed /administrative matters and recruitment cases of NIM Project employees. Prepared Service Contracts, job offer letters, negotiated salary cases, assisted in annual contract revision processes of salary scales, extension of contracts, monitoring of projects, NIM project opening and closing of Bank account, monitoring of the project and audit report and also coordinated the voluntary annual contribution to UNDP from Government of Pakistan Budget.
