1. Maximizes customer satisfaction with exceptional service and high standards of customer service by maintaining personal contact with employees and customers.
2. Operationally assists the BM in achieving budgeted sales, gross profit, and controlling expenses in line with set targets.
3. Assists in the selection, training, supervision and evaluation of branch personnel and ensures high individual productivity.
4. Works with the BM to foster and maintain favorable community relations by dealing with customers directly and fairly and representing the bank in positive, results-oriented activities within the community.
5. Responsible as joint signatory of other bankers account and its reconciliation.
6. Responsible for inward and outward clearing as per approved banking policies and procedures.
7. Shall ensure the periodic distribution of statement of accounts to all current and saving account holders and its recordkeeping as per SBP requirements.
8. Ensure that letter of thanks are printed and dispatched to the customers on timely basis.
9. Assists the BM in ensuring that all bank policies, procedures and guidelines are understood and followed in all aspects of banking operations.
10. Assists the BM in ensuring that employees understand all State Bank of Pakistan rules, regulations and laws.
11. Works within company policy, preserves the security of all Company assets.
12. Prepares timely and accurate periodic budgets, cash flow statements, projections, reports and reconciliation activities for Head Office, regional offices and regulators.
