As a Deputy Director Town Planning and Estate Management, I am responsible for the development of organizational structure, TORs, policies, monitoring system, rules & regulations and planning standards to be implemented in the area of interest.

• Development of town planning Rules, regulations and policy for building control and sustainable development
3. Solid Waste Management Cell
• ▫ Monitoring of solid waste management team to ensure cleanliness in the area

• Supervise the land revenue information and records of the client

As a Manager Urban Planning, I am responsible to deliver services of monitoring and evaluation of projects, planning and designing of housing schemes, approval of housing schemes from Capital Development Authority and Rawalpindi Development Authority, scrutinized architectural drawings of residential and commercial projects at various housing schemes for approval, supervision of housing schemes, application of GIS in urban planning and disaster management, Traffic Impact Assessment of commercial and apartments building

As Urban Resilience Expert, I am responsible for delivering the following activities on time and to the required quality: 1) development of proposals on urban resilience with respect to disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation ; 2) development of logframe for urban resilience framework development for District Muzaffargarh Punjab and Dadu Sindh ; 3) Contribute to the finalization of a detailed Logframe and M&E framework for the programme; 3) Development of data collection tools i.e. qualitative and quantitative for disaster risk reduction and climate change data .; 4) Capacity building of field researchers ; 5) responsible for data analysis and preparation of urban resilience framework for District Muzaffargarh and District Dadu, 6). Supervising of Research projects of NUST students as External examiner

As RME Specialist, I am responsible for delivering the following activities on time and to the required quality: 1) Contribute in framing of comprehensive RME work plan for the entire programme to agreed timelines with the Programme Team; 2) Introduce MS project planner in work planning of all outputs of the programme; 3) Contribute to the finalization of a detailed Logframe and M&E framework for the programme; 3) Introduce spatial mapping in conducting cluster based sampling for various studies i.e. baseline survey, KAP survey, drivers of stability etc.; 4) Contribute to the development of the budget and expenditure system for the Research Innovation Unit ; 5) Focal point for consortium partners from RIU unit for programme implementation, and collection of Means of Verification, 6) Develop and implement training evaluation in programme; and 7) Progress reporting of programme to DFID
