Key Objectives:
Provide personal administrative support and assistance to executive staff. Direct work with executive staff under the Direction of HOD (Admin)
1. To Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
2. To Provide General Administration Support of all Executives i.e. Direct purchasing, Utility Bills payment, housekeeping, Expense details etc.
3. To Manage Executive accommodation (Residence and Hotel Reservation).
4. Provide personal assistance to Executives and visitor in issuing visas (work & visit visa).
5. All employee air ticket booking (Domestic and International)
6. Assisting to my line-manager for hotel reservations (Local and international).
7. Assisting to my line-manager for Issuing company and ICCI Invitations letters for business Trip Visa.
8. Providing to UAE office necessary/ required Govt related documents.
9. Prepare internal and external corporate Documents i.e. Foreign Office, Islamabad chamber of commerce (ICCI), Ministry of Interior, UAE Embassy and Egypt Embassy.
