It is non-profit and non-Government organization. It was set up in response to an urgent need expressed by women for a forum to address their issues. It has developed to guiding women to take practical steps for their betterment and their families. Over provision of support and guidance for implementation of project in 17 RV Afghan Villages in eight districts of KP. The main objective of the position is
1.To ensure that the project has achieved qualitative, and quantities out puts as agreed with the donor.
2.To ensure that project team is effectively and efficiently contribute to the project objective and out puts.
3.To develop effective and efficient relationship building, coordination and networking with relevant stake holders for smooth implementation of the project.
Major Deliverables
· Planning, Reporting and Documentation Project through joint periodic reviews, planning and reporting against progress includes donor reporting.
· Developed a capacity of team through team building coaching, mentoring and management of project team. Coordination and Networking with donor about program and financial progress and responding their queries.
· Networking with other stakeholders, Government, NGOs, and Commissionerate Afghan Refugees. Timely coordination with KK management and donors on project related issues and challenges along with recommendations for solution.
· Develop a guidelines and implementation strategy for education related activities track the planning according to the yearly plan of budget.
· Review the activities of Professional development Plan and aligned the plan with yearly academic calendar.
· Coordinate the capacity building plan with university of Peshawar with institute of professional development for teachers and staff trainings.
·Close coordination with UNHCR for reviews and guidelines of technical backstopping and development of projects interventions
·Coordinate the teams in regional offices in Haripur, Mardan and Lower Dir for implementation of projects in eight districts.
· Participation and presentation of Project in UNHCR sectorial meetings and Commissionerate Afghan Refugees at provincial level.

The overall objective of the European Union funded KP District Governance Community Development Programme, of which Human Dynamic’s service contract is a part, is to build responsiveness and effectiveness of the State to restore citizen trust; stimulate employment and livelihood opportunities; and ensure the delivery of basic services. The main purpose of this service contract is to support the Government of KP with the implementation of the CDLD policy in all CDLD districts. 
Milestones achieved during reported period:
· Ensured the  6%  allocated budget of each district’s CDLD budget utlized for livelihood component and women inclusion in the projects.
· Delivered trainings in livelihood component project planning and preparation, and implementation to TA team members, government and elected officials, and SMPs with focus on CDLD livelihood component planning, and project implementation processes, and supervise subsequent training delivered by SMPs.
· Prepared and review of revised criteria for selection of projects in livelihood section. And also review the revised CDLD policy implementation procedures and amended the livelihood related mechanism.
· Mobilization of team and oraint them to educate farmers groups to evolve projects on agriculture,horticultaral practices(vegteable production and storage technologies,post harvest techniques,Good farming practices through FFS,Kitchen gardening for women groups,FEG(Farmers enterprise group facliatation for EDP) and agroecology.
· Assisted farmers group in market linkages development and support them in economic growth through commercialization of vegetables at local to provincial level.
· Provided support to Social Mobilization team to strengthen CBO networks and women inclusion in the program through contest and win the projects for livelihood and enterprise development.
· Selected Pilot Livelihood infrastructure irrigation projects as a model and capacity building of farmers in establishment of model vegetable farms for irrigation projects.
·Designed and conducted pre/post research study on pilot livelihood irrigation channels and developed recommendations for farmers in associated link of irrigation pattern with crop production and economic growth for livelihood and food security.
·Developed impact case studies on livelihood and enterprise development and recorded video case studies for CDLD webpage.
· Conducted joint field visits of Districts team and Government department to review the progress and technical backstopping of projects in the field.
· Act as a focal point for documentation and communication, success stories, photos and other programme documents related to the CDLD livelihood component.

ACIAR funded Project in Developing Approaches to Enhance Farmer Water Management Skills in Sindh, Baluchistan and Punjab in Pakistan.
This project aimed to help farmers manage irrigation better on small- and middle-sized irrigated farms. Project main area of focus to involve farmers in research on water irrigation through IFS on agronomic crops and value chain of vegetables production, fruits growing techniques and post-harvest technology introduction for Farming communities in Baluchistan, Punjab, and Sindh.
Implementing an Australian Aid / ACIAR funded project in Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan provinces of Pakistan. Coordination of project activities with all stakeholders in Government, communities, and Research Institutions. Progress reports to donor and senior management. Monitoring of training and capacity building initiatives on the field.
Major Deliverables

Developed a team of Master facilitators in Sargodha, Faisalabad, Nawabshah, Tandojam and Quetta to execute the project activities in smooth way. Developed Irrigation Field School (IFS) in three provinces and capacity building of groups to operate water tools (chameleon sensor, Chameleon wifi, fullstop, recording of data and validation of learning’s sharing across three provinces.
Capacity Building of Farmer groups and other stakeholders through ToTs and Refreshers on Agri-farming technologies, horticultural crops promotion and cultural practices of Wheat and Miaz through IFS approach.
Participated with PCRWR and SSRI-NARC in Village selection in Six District in Sindh, Baluchistan to ground the project interventions and gender integration for future implementation.
Coordinated and Participated MOU Signing with Sargodha University and Australian High Commission ACIAR our SOFT Project Lead with Vice Chancellor of Sargodha and Tandojam Universities.
Conducted ToTs Refreshers in Sargodha for District Master Facilitators of SOFT and students of university of Sargodha and Baluchistan.
Organize World Water Day conducted in Lahore in 2018 and 2019 in Karachi and represents SOFT Pakistan by delivering presentation and displays a stall. This was appreciated by national and international media and ministries at Pakistan level.
Developed Urdu and English modules guidelines on Value management and Collaborative Problem Solving Learning Approaches for District Master Facilitators to develop better understanding and clear guideline
Coordination with other seven partners of ACIAR projects working with Value Chain on horticultural crops and livestock working in Sindh, Baluchistan and Punjab. Participated in Annual and midterm review meetings with ACIAR seven multi donors of Australia.

Sungi Development Foundation (SDF) is a non-government & development organization, working since 1989, to bring policy changes through right based advocacy by mobilizing marginalized and disadvantaged group of society. Sungi is working on Human Rights, democracy, good governance, gender, health, education and women empowerment through micro finance, enterprise development, infrastructure development and disaster management in Pakistan. Major roles and responsibilities are:
• To ensure input conduct of all fields activities including:(Social Mobilization, Local Governance Scan, Women Voter education, Voter registration, Research and Surveys, Public Meetings, Meetings with Elected Representatives, Advocacy initiatives for right to education, Press briefings)
• To report activities on AAWAZ format providing all required details and ensure all Means of Verifications (MOVs) for all activities .
• To develop working linkages with local level public institutions to highlight AAWAZ work

The Horticulture Value-Chain Assistant Manager support Value Chain Specialist and assist the program unit in managing implementation of HV/OSV projects, identification of key private sector led interventions, structuring of grant interventions for HV/OSV projects, development of functional linkages and networks in Value Chain, with overall goal to develop horticulture sector of Pakistan. S/he will also carry out value chain analyses to determine appropriate interventions into High Value Off-season Vegetables value chain.
• Assume overall responsibility for planning, implementing, monitoring and coordinating the implementation of the HV/OSV activities, together with supporting the preparation of detailed annual work-plans, targets and budgets
• Carry out value chain analyses to determine appropriate interventions into selected horticulture value chains in region
• Coordinate the identification of key private sector led project interventions to foster quantitative and qualitative improvements in the sector, either through direct intervention, through service providers or through specific inputs from international technical assistance inputs
• Under the supervision of Value Chain Lead, undertake responsibility for the preparation and structuring of grant interventions for horticulture projects, ensuring conformity and quality, for ultimate submission to the Grants department for further processing

To coordinate, support the livelihood & Food Security of Vulnerable women affected by flood through enabling them to have food security and enhanced skills for micro level business skills.  Supervise and provide strategic guidance to projects staff. The role of the projects manager is to give overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects. Aim of the position to managing relationship with projects partners and ensures that organizational policies, strategic objectives, and AA’s key approaches are not compromised. The projects manager will also oversee quality control throughout the life cycle of projects.

·Defined project scope, goals and deliverables that support AAPk goals, established mechanism where each of the programs/project is visited at least on quarterly basis jointly by the various function for a holistic review and extend the desirable support to the projects and program.
· Pre-Award orientation of team on the defined project strategies and implementation modalities of Goat distribution, kitchen gardening grants and agri-inputs for women groups, small business development on poultry birds for women, Value chain on enterprise development grants for Livelihood projects interventions.
