Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, overall responsible for all warehouse activities during his shift (detailed below) as well as administrative matters.Responsible for timely and accurate warehousing operation as per the SOPs laid down.Responsible for ensuring that inbound shipments are unloaded safely and are put away in the storage area after quality and quantity check.Responsible to ensure accurate and timely recording of inbound shipment into WMS.Responsible for to ensure accurate and timely picking and dispatch of equipment as per orders.Responsible for to ensure accurate and timely recording of outbound into WMS.Responsible for making arrangement of transportation to move equipment to delivery locations.Responsible to ensure that all deliveries are made within the stipulated timelines.Responsible to ensure that floor stock and WMS records are always matching.Responsible to arrange periodic cycle count and stock count as per SOPs.Responsible to ensure that all reports required by Client and TAQ management are furnished on time.Responsible to arrange all required resource at warehouse and ensure there should not be any shortfall of resources.Responsible to ensure that all staff of the warehouse is performing their duties as per the SOPs and their JDs.Any other duties assigned by management.

Supervise warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping personnel.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift.
Conduct regular inventory checks to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Implement procedures to minimize stock loss and damage.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
Oversee the receiving and unloading of incoming shipments.
Coordinate the picking and packing of orders according to customer specifications.
Monitor the shipping process to ensure timely delivery.
Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency.
Enforce safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.
Provide safety training to warehouse staff.
Ensure that warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Schedule regular maintenance and checking.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse efficiency.

Overseeing and managing the Inbound/Outbound Activities to meet operational requirements and time lines to maintain the level of KPIs.Overseeing stock control and processing with SAP.See stock receipts and issuance through SAPKeeping stock control systems up to date.Also supervise Physical stock taking as per SOP. Conducting safety briefing and safety trainings to update the warehouse staff with current safety requirements and to maintain safety standards.In time response of client queries.Supervise store keepers to maintain physical inventory.
