I am doing this job remotely with the following duties:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Identify and escalate issues to higher level of support when necessary.
Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Keep uptodate
with new technologies and products to provide accurate and efficient support.
Participate in oncall
rotation and afterhours
support as needed.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve crossfunctional
issues and improve customer experience.
Continuously improve technical knowledge, skills and upgrade the tools and processes.
Junior Software Developer
Write clean, maintainable and efficient code by using MATLAB, C/C++ and Python.
Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain software systems, applications, and libraries.
Participate in the software development life cycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code.
Write unit tests, integration tests and contribute to automated testing frameworks
