Responsibilities:
Planning, Estimating, and Procurement of necessary adequate resources.
Preparation of Design Proposals, Shop Drawings, and Road Cross-Sections using AutoCAD
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for OHWR, UWT, Culverts, and RCC Nallah
Preparation of Rate Analysis, Bill of Quantities, and Supervising Interim Payment Certificates
Meeting with Sub-Contractors/approved/local vendors and preparation of agreements and negotiating on T&C for resources required at the Site

Preparing design proposals with layouts, shop drawings, and detailed sections on ACAD for any amendment in the design as per site conditions.
BBS, IPCs, BOQ’s PQDs - Meeting & negotiating with local vendors to provide quality assured and budget feasible material for site activities.
Project Coordinator Engineer
Client: Infrastructure Development Authority, Punjab (IDAP)
Project: Rehabilitation of THQ & DHQ hospitals in different districts of Pakistan.
Worked with PMU at Maintenance and monitoring of project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
