I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce Program and have a combination of 14 years of experience as a Manager Key Accounts, Deputy Manager Projects, Assistant Manager Customer Services, Logistics Executive and Call Centre Supervisor.

My major responsibilities include placement of vehicles as per the Factory’s dispatch plan for (Hattar & Karachi), coordinating with ware house teams of north and south region for their dispatch plans, preparing & renewing contracts for the new and existing vendors working with us, follow-ups on vendor payments and ensuring that payments are made as per the contract agreement. Additionally, I have good experience in the customer service field where I’ve assisted many clients.

I am always eager and willing to assume additional responsibilities and roles, I consider myself a strong team player with a positive and can do attitude who believes in continuous improvement and thrives in a challenging and fast paced work environment.  Responsible for preparing bids/proposals/quotations for invited tenders which we are registered and want to register with.
 Prepare and update monthly logistics schedule, to assure deliveries to production locations. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.

 Inspection of vehicle whether its Agility or client vendor, they should be with their PPE, especially Agility Drivers must wear Uniforms & PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) available in vehicle along with slings , ropes and tarpaulin, any deficiency the inform head office before dispatch.
 Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing and contractual obligations.
 Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of dispatched shipments via trucks. Provide reports to internal and external customers as required.
 Responsible for coordinating with project teams in Lahore, Islamabad & Karachi.
 Handle problems with vendors.
 Work closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation.
