Agha Steel industries is group of steel, denim, ship breaking and a state-of-the-art Air Separation Units with the
production capacity of 70 Tons per day. The Plant and technology is provided by M/s Hang Zhou Fortune Group of
China. The Production includes LOX, LIN and LAr.
Significant Highlights of Responsibilities
1. Implemented safety-first protocols, reducing plant safety incidents by 20%.
2. Optimized production processes, reducing raw material wastage by 10% and achieving consistent product
quality.
3. Preparation of Daily Production Reports.
4. Routine Operation of Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, Dryers, Absorbers, Expenders, Compender, Distillation.
5. Streamlined startup and shutdown procedures, reducing downtime by 12% through detailed analysis and
troubleshooting.
6. Coordinating with operations department in troubleshooting routine, startup and shutdown activities &
