SPEED Rent A Car solutions(application), It’s a Rent A car business solution application deployed across UAE & some other countries.
My duties are to implement the application (Desktop & Online application) on client’s side according to the project Scope, and configure complete application settings as per client’s requirements.Also deal with post deployment activities i.e. providing solutions for different issues, get the customer changes or modifications details and discuss it with development team, maintaining the quality checks, analyze the requirements and customer support as well as customers trainings.
