As an internal auditor, my primary responsibility is to perform audits that help our company achieve operating results that are consistent with its financial, operational, and compliance objectives. I help to prepare policy and anti-fraud measures as well as oversee annual audits. Have performed stock audits for many cities with full knowledge of ledger reconciliation, physical inventory counting and ERP systems such as microsoft dynamic 365. I hire and train new members of the team, work to assure staff morale, and focus on creating a positive work environment. And I also do GRN checking, physical cash counting, field audits to maintain the quality in integrity.

As as Assistant Manager warehouse, I orchestrate vehicle work orders, ensuring spare parts are efficiently issued from the store or purchased as needed. I manage petty cash for local expenses, purchases, and kitchen needs, ensuring accurate handling and documentation. I meticulously verify and record data in accounting software, create Goods Received Notes (GRN), manage store requisitions, and conduct physical stock counts. My focus goes beyond tasks, emphasizing the human touch in every detail to ensure every part and penny contributes to our operational success.

As an internal auditor, I dive into the details—auditing documents, crafting findings, and closely monitoring daily production reports. I ensure our store stocks are accurate, salaries are correctly processed, and deductions are precise. Collaborating with the Internal Audit Manager, I follow their lead to maintain high standards. Additionally, I travel monthly to site offices for stock-taking duties, bringing a personal touch to our financial precision.

As an Account Executive, I work closely with the Accounts Manager, handling monthly reconciliation statements and ensuring smooth purchases and vendor payments. I take the lead on preparing Purchase Orders and securing the CEO's approval. I'm hands-on with store stocks, auditing Goods Received Notes (GRN) and issuances to ensure everything adds up correctly.
