To make effective functioning of preventive maintenance activities as per Preventive Maintenance Schedule.To maintain all tools, equipment in good running condition under use in maintenance workshop.To ensure close liaison and consultation with Store Keeper for maintaining levels of machinery spare parts per requirement and pre-defined levelsTo ensure smooth operation of all Electrical Equipment's specially Generators, Compressors, Air Dryers, Air Conditioners & Water Supply Pumps etc.To maintain proper handling of machinery related documents, Circuit diagrams, Operational/Maintenanceinstruction manuals.To ensure maintenance and overhauling of entire Electrical Electronic equipment etc.To analyze Maintenance Request by mentioning reasons of fault in maintenance request form to minimizethem by effective preventive maintenance to ensure proper use of time for his junior staff with good working environment.To make sure proper addition of new machinery in the prevailing ISO documentation system as wellpreparation of EMIs & SOPs.To maintain proper records of machinery maintenance and stoppage times with complete history.

Panel installation. Clear all E&I faults on plant.Lighting DB installation.Lights, switch board, lightning plugs & power plugs installation. Motor Maintenance.Power and control wiring of panels.Troubleshooting single phase and three phase electric faults.PLC troubleshooting Siemens Allen Bradley etc.Install breakers starters relays timer etc. When need on plant. Installation different VFD like vise invt GD200, mistubishi etc.Install heater on packing machines.

Monitoring and operating plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.Making rounds to check conditions of plant equipment and recording operational data on log sheets.Operating  generator boiler  System safely and efficiently.Testing  boiler, cooling and other plant water systems.Operating all aspects of the demineralization system, including making required adjustments to system safely and accurately.Assisting coordination of plant health, safety and environmental compliance programs, issues, and results.Installing, troubleshooting, cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining Electrical equipment throughout the facility in a safe and professional manner.Assisting in electrical, and maintenance and repair procedures.Perform other duties as assigned
