ResponsibilitiesDaily inspection of compressed air guns (air gun, nozzle, coupler, hose reel, hose pipe, support).Quarterly inspection of ladder and solar catwalk according the EHS standards e.g. ladder ring(step), ladder bolts screws or attachment, rust or decay, damaged areas, cracks or splits, structure, top rail, instructions/safety stickers and ladder accessories and parts.Safety leads as contractor side by ensuring compliance to permit to work system, work site Safety and tool box talks.In HVAC knowledge about Ammonia Refrigeration system, Lithium Bromide Absorption Refrigeration system and AHU (Air Handling Units).Leads team with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to coordinate with staff, management, and vendors to achieve maximum results.Maintain proper documentation for all work performed.Supervision of site and look out work is doing well according to work methods and procedure.Sign of different types of entry material gate pass (returnable, non- returnable and chemical entry gate pass)Inspection of hot work according to EHS Standards.Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices.Maintaining and modifying equipments to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.Work on different softwares if needed according to Project requirements.Project planning, analyzing, interpreting data and keeping records.Safety of mechanical department (Including workers and equipments).Meeting with managers and clients etc.Undertaking relevant research and timely completing the projects.Installation and maintenance of mechanical-related machinery and equipment.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure that before starting rolling mill operator must operate external hooter so that everyone distance themselves from production lines.Proper stacking and loading of billets to prevent from fallingEnsure Bari man, lab in-charge furnace helper wear face shield, shoes, helmet and take shelter in near cabin or beside safety barrier at Furnace 1 & 2Ensure no one is allowed to walk on shear/cooling bed conveyors & start maintenance job un till it is stopped also ensure Maintenance tags.Daily Inspection of First aid box and fire Extinguishers must be kept clean all the timeEnsure that no one is standing in the path of re-bars before dropping them down for making of small bundles.Check all PPEs are present in store mill if not available demand for new PPEs and record keeping.Ensure emergency switch is ON & Tag placed while maintenance job of Flying Shear, Crop Cobble shear and continuous shear. Ensure no one stand/work on repeater and conveyors.Restrict unauthorized entry in RM pulpit or entrant grant permission from OperatorEnsure slag pits must be kept completely dry at all times Hazard identification & stop unsafe act and condition, fine against as per SOPEnsure drivers, visitors, must comply with SOP and don't enter in unauthorized areas.
