Prepare activity implementation plan and discuss the required resources to undertake the activity

Conduction of Broad Based community meetings (BBCMs) in project intervention areas.
Formation/reactivation/strengthening  of village base organizations (VBO) in  project area as per pressing needs of community

Formation of Village Development Plans with the consultation of concern line departments.
Resolve conflict among the target community through effective dialogues.
Identification of beneficiaries for multiple project interventions with consultation of sector leads.
Assist field engineer an identification of productive schemes and conduct social feasibility of schemes.
Assist field engineer in joint account opening of committees.
Ensure inclusion of vulnerable and marginalized groups in project interventions.
Proper maintain record of project activities at community & office level both in soft & hard form with pictorial views.
Arrange health & hygiene session when reqaiured
Conduct regular meeting with community organizations and ensure community ownership in project activities.
Provide data to maintain a regular database system of project monitoring and evaluation.

Responsibility to ensure the effective implementation of CMAM community outreach activities in the field.
Develop micro plan of community outreach activities and submit on monthly basis.
Community sensitization on the program objectives and methods to stimulate & eventually promote the understanding and participation of the target population. Community sensitization starts at village- and Community-leader levels and eventually extends to the entire population. 
Establishment of community outreach setup at each village through selection of community volunteers and health workers.
Community mobilization and beneficiary screening, provision of MM Supplementation and follow up.
Establishment of strong referral mechanism between community to health facility OTP/CMAM site and follow up. 
Establishment of nutrition community support groups (MTMSG, FTFSG, and CVG) at each village in consultation with the community. 
Provide technical support to CHW on mobilization, active case finding, defaulter tracing and home follow up visits through follow up trainings and on job coaching and supportive supervision
Ensure community social behavior change communication health and awareness session/campaign on regular basis through CHW/support groups.

Social Mobilizer will report to Team Leader Social Mobilizer.
To represent & introduce FORT into communities, its goals and objectives to ensureconfidence building and smooth entry within communities.
Conduct Broad Based Community Meetings (BBCM) at the grass root (village) level.
Conduct training and provide guidelines for TIJ member and community.
Work closely with TIJ member, school teacher and build the capacity in social mobilization to encourage higher community participation.
