Liaise with the district supply chain officer to ensure compliance with organization Security Guidelines and their effective application in the local context;
Monitor the operational environment with respect to an increased level of threat and advise the SPO/District Coordinator and organization Security Officer/Security Focal person.
Follow the appropriate communications means to meet operational and security requirements;
Administration
Ensure that administrative support functions are supported in accordance with the organization’s administrative policies and procedures;
Ensure compliance with district/area/country legal, contractual, labor and statutory requirements.
Financial Management and Planning
Assist PO/SPO in the execution of the project financial expenditures, BVA review, and reporting
Ensure with the finance department, the maintenance of the organization’s financial protocols and accounting systems for all field interventions under the social mobilization components

Attending fgds with the local community of Bannu & Fr Bannu.Fgd with Audio Recording & Reporting.The Fgds Records & Report share with project Manager through Email.i totally attends six fgds.Safety and Security
