Organizing the work schedule to ensure that workers have the required tools, materials, drawings, work instructions & permits, and work area to accomplish their tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with the scheduled milestone. Ensuring installations are built in accordance with specifications, drawings, procedures, technical standards, safety standards and work plans. Monitoring work progress, identifying any delays and resolving site issues. Coordinating with the client, consultants and other contractors regarding site work.
