• Facilitate Sindh Education Foundation in base line survey (BLS) trainings, analysis, Monitoring, data validation and compilation of submitted reports.• Ensure participation of 100 % teacher in Review Meeting.• Facilitate teachers for regular community coordination to prevent drop out at village level and preparation.• Build the capacity of the teacher for effective teaching, through demonstration and hand holding.• Facilitate parent teaching meeting in the school need bases.• Facilitate meeting of the school management Committee in need bases.• Facilitate the teacher in reporting on UPE indicator.• Conduct Broad Based Community meetings on Education issues to identify volunteers.• Train the volunteers in enrolment, dropout follow up and student assessment on learning achievement of the students in grade Katchi, pakki and grade two to as applicable for the district.• Train & Motivate volunteers to support weak students- allocating volunteers to each of group of weak student.• Facilitation in recording and reporting

• The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions

Role and Responsibilities
Facilitated Villagers in access of safe drinking water & sanitation facilities, by placing hundpump and pit latrines bath rooms and washing places
 Facilities in construction of WASH infra structures bore holes hand and latrines pits & bath rooms hygiene promotion solid waste management Trained & provided on-going technical assistance to community.
 Meetings to conduct extensive research to diagnose the problems that the organization is facing and then develop appropriate solutions for them.
To responsibilities would include maintaining the equipment and infrastructure of the site. Additionally, also play a role in the finalize site.
