Work as civil engineer and project manager

Projects:
- MOD Base (Metrology Lab) Project
- Airport Towers Project
- KOC towers project
- KTV studio 800
(Winner for the 1, 2 and 3rd quarter of the year 2017 and 1st quarter of 2018, and also Wins for full 2017year)

Responsibilities:
1- Follow up with contractors and team
2- Follow up with customers
3- Meetings and quick response to costumers
4- Monthly reports
5- Invoice check and balance
6- Quotation preparing
7- Revenue booking
8- Site responsibilities:
-- Towers raft foundations
-- Management on many sites at a time (civil, power work and MW works)
-- QA/QC management on sites
-- Material control and order
-- Lead a team for all sites and civil projects.
-- Material inventory
-- Oil clearance and new sites implementation.

-- Kuwait first large studio in Kuwait television (As a project engineer at studio 800 KTV)
-- Ktv studio 800 project
-- KOC project = 15 towers, 80mHT

Az-zour North power plant, Phase 1, IWPP Project

Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensuring that work had been done as per drawings.
- Analyzing the number of bars in columns, beams and slabs are as per drawing.
- Calculating the quantity of concrete mortar used in slabs, columns and beams.
- Assisted in shuttering and scaffolding and its safety issues
- Reporting to the senior engineer to finalize the work for concreting.
- Ensuring the quality of concrete flooring.
- Assisted workmanship in construction related issues.
- Assisted in paint work.
- Also handles the material control ,
- Controls work progress in whole site and man power.
- File work in the office
- Preparation of the drawings and then teaching supervisors and Forman how to execute the work.
- Ensuring that work had been completed in given time limit.
