4-Prepare Token sheet for CRPs & process it to bank for COC
5-Ensure Tax Deduction as per Govt laws
6-Issue cheque Payment to vendors/suppliers timely
7-Update trial Balance on monthly basis
8-Reconcile General Ledger on monthly basis
9-scanning & Uploading Payment vouchers on ERP system within 15 days
10-Proper Filling & Tagging of all vouchers.

Prepare Bank payment vouchers, analysis program bills & operational bill, posting vouchers, printing cheques, deposit in the bank and proper filling scanning, monthly reconciliation, ledger reconciliation.
