Tier 1 Network Support
Expertise in Trouble shooting of Hardware, Software and Networking problems (LAN, WAN & Wireless).
Sound knowledge of administering Helpdesk Systems for IT & Other services. (Ticketing System).
Network Connectivity Troubleshooting ping, tracert, telnet.
Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network and desktop problems.
Switch configuration in particular VLAN configuration/troubleshooting.
Provide telephone and in-person support to over thousands of end users in all regions of the country, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting hardware, software, and network related technical issues.
Create, respond to, escalate, and close tickets. Track all outstanding tickets, working closely with Tier II Technician

Handscanner Engineer
Hand scanner installation, configuration, troubleshooting, relocation, definitions, and user issues.
Network connectivity issues, spare parts replacements and configurations, also IT Help Desk for HPM group for all
Regional sites in Kingdom, helping site engineers install, configure, troubleshoot all sorts of issues, maintaining
Spare parts inventory, sending and receiving spare parts throughout the regions, maintaining weekly and monthly
Reports. Visiting regional sites if required.
Orion Database Admin
Orion (oracle based) Database System Administrator and Desktop support.
Adding/Removing/Updating new items and products with cordination of Engineering Dept.
Checking/Updating online company warehouse inventory. Adding new companies and their product line to the system database.
Keeping and mainting each and every customers quotations, purchasing and sales orders.
Placing purchasing and sales orders and making sure the items arrive and are delivered to companies on expected time range.
Cordinating with Accounting Dept. to process all customers payments/credits and invoices.
Visiting customer sites to resolve any issues relating to new/expired products, product IDs and serial numbers needed to be updated/corrected.
