JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY):-
· Collection Development: Prepare and develop the collection for next season as per market demand and trends.
· Product Selection and Planning: Develop and execute strategic collection plans to optimize product assortment and inventory levels based on market trends, sales data, and customer preferences.
· Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
· Sales Analysis: Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to update collection strategies, adjust inventory, and improve product offerings.
· Promotional Planning: Coordinate with Marketing for the implementation of promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and special offers to attract customers and boost sales.
· Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, to align collection strategies with overall business goals and enhance product visibility.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction to assess the effectiveness of collection.

• Creating master production schedule (MPS) on monthly basis. (Basics).
• Ensuring that the production and supply chain follows that plan in order to achieve required customer date.
• Making annual plan, and analyzing where the company stands in future so that orders could be secured accordingly.
• Direct communication with the foreign customers and updating them about their orders.
• Over viewing the process/system and ensuring the standards are getting followed.
