Officer HVAC & Utilities
Responsibilities.
1. Daily morning meeting with Utilities team regarding Plant Operation & Maintenance.
2. Check previous log sheet of all equipment and daily report to line Manager.
• Carrier Screw water cooled chiller having capacity (328-ton x 2).
• Perform Maintenance as per Carrier schedule (Oil, filter, Drier, Wire tightens, Descaling, Validate sensor’s & transducer etc.)
3. Inspection all cold room's & Blast freezer's early morning. Plan Maintenance if required.
• 4 blast freezer 18 HP temp set point -25 ºC.
• Cold Storage 18 HP temp set point -20 ºC.
• Cold Storage 10 HP temp set point -5 ºC.
• Perform all types of Maintenance in house with team.
4. Plan preventive maintenance of HVAC system (ventilation fans, FCU, AHU's, FAHU's & Split AC's) Factory & Head office.
5. Manage HVAC & Utilities inventory from SAP.
6. Weekly GMP Visit of all utilities area with management & Discuss GMP issues.
7. BMS Maintenance activity perform, (DDC control panel, Humidity, Temperature, Water flow sensor’s /Calibration, clean panel, wire tighten trouble shouting).
Sr. Coordinator HVAC & Utilities Operation & Maintenance
1. Daily morning meeting with Utility team regarding Plant Operation & Maintenance.
2. Check previous log sheet and daily report of screw Chiller (328 ton x 2) Carrier Operation.
3. Inspection all cold room's & Blast freezer's early morning. Plan Maintenance if required.
1. 4 blast freezer 18 HP temp set point -25.
2. Cold Storage 18 HP temp set point -20.
3. Cold Storage 10 HP temp set point -5.
4. Check Air compressor's working & last 24 hrs reading.
5. Plan preventive maintenance of HVAC ventilation fans, FCU, AHU's, FAHU's & Split AC's Factory & head office.
6. Manage HVAC & Utilities inventory through Dynamics software.
7. 2 days in week meeting with Precurment team regarding pending item's of utilities inventory.
8. Work At effluent treatment plant with A.M Utilities.
9. Weekly Visit all utility area with managment & Discuss plant issue's.
10. Daily entry of water data in Excel sheet.
