§ Spearhead forecasting, planning analyses along with revenue reporting. Responsible for annual budgeting, month-on-month forecasting and cash flow projections.
§ Initiated and led a Power BI consolidation project, amalgamating data from Sales, Marketing and Finance to create a big data reservoir, generating vital insights. Now able to map regional demand across marketing budgets and finance deliverables for better sales delivery. Resulted in improved reporting to investors and ROI enhanced by 7 to 8% due to right investment and overall consolidated organizational effort.
§ Lead data analytics and drive decision making via weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI/metrics dashboards, monitoring variance in spends and returns.
§ Alongside ROI modelling for diverse projects, monitor competitor marketing efforts and industry trends to take pre-emptive and responsive action.

·         Carried out the implementation of project management system in Microsoft Dynamics AX which facilitated  the managers and project managers to quickly view their desired project status reports
·         Successfully implemented the formal and the more convenient reporting system on USAID projects therefore cutting down the cost and time involved from 15 days to just 3 days.

•  Manage relationships with external stakeholders (regional finance, supply chain) and seek opportunities to seek synergies and strengthening alliances
•  Currently involved with Power BI team to implement Power BI tool across the whole organization for monthly dashboard reporting and CEO reporting.
